Stefanie Kim Ladewig, the eight-month pregnant partner of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, escaped injury after a three-vehicle crash in Istanbul, Türkiye.

The accident occurred at about 3:10 pm on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, in the Mithatpasa neighbourhood of Kemerburgaz, within Istanbul’s Eyupsultan district.

Ladewig, a 26-year-old model, was driving a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) when she entered a bend and collided with a light commercial vehicle driven by a person identified as Paris T.

The impact caused her to lose control, and her vehicle then collided with another SUV travelling in the opposite direction.

All three vehicles sustained damage, but no injuries were reported at the scene.

Because of her advanced pregnancy, Ladewig was taken to a private hospital in Istanbul’s Maslak area for precautionary medical examinations.

She was discharged after the checks and reported to be in good condition.

The Demirören News Agency (DHA) reported that Ladewig, who was born in Berlin, Germany, works as a model and shares fashion and beauty content on social media.

Osimhen, 27, is a Nigerian international who plays for Turkish club Galatasaray.

Precautionary Checks

Reports did not indicate that Osimhen was present in the vehicle or involved in the accident.

Turkish media reported that Ladewig went to the hospital solely as a precaution because she was eight months pregnant.

She was said to be in good condition and was discharged after the examinations.

The incident was reported by Turkish media outlets including DHA and Türkiye Today.

Ladewig’s escape without injury has been widely reported, with many expressing relief that neither she nor her unborn child was harmed.
