From HeroPoints to rewards
100,000 HeroPoints represents a reference value of ₦100,000. Redemption is subject to the programme’s current rules, verification and applicable deductions.
For a balance below 100,000 points, the current example calculation applies a 42.5% deduction to the reference value, leaving 57.5% as the payout. For example, 50,000 points has a reference value of ₦50,000; after a ₦21,250 deduction, the example payout is ₦28,750.
A standard redemption cycle is capped at 100,000 points. If your balance is higher, you may request up to 100,000 points in that cycle and retain the remainder, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Complete, eligible requests are targeted for processing within 1–3 working days, but timing is not guaranteed and may depend on verification and payment processing.
