Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze has sealed a season-long loan move to Fulham from AC Milan. The deal includes an option for a permanent transfer next summer.

The 26-year-old completed his medical on Deadline Day before signing. He now joins compatriots Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey at Craven Cottage.

Speaking to FFCtv, Chukwueze said: “I’m so happy to be here. It’s an amazing club. It feels like home, because I have my people around me.”

He added: “I feel at home already, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Fulham’s Excitement

Fulham vice-chairman Tony Khan praised the deal: “I’m thrilled to welcome Samuel Chukwueze to Fulham! He is an explosive athlete and tremendous talent, who has gained valuable playing experience in Europe with Milan and in international competition for Nigeria.”

Khan continued: “He is joining us on a season-long loan with a permanent option, and we are very excited to have him at the Club! Come on Fulham!”

Chukwueze will wear the No19 shirt this season. The winger joined AC Milan two years ago but struggled to reach his best form. He scored just four Serie A goals across 51 appearances.

For Chukwueze, this transfer represents a fresh chance to rediscover his spark in the English Premier League. Fulham fans will hope he brings the pace and flair he showed at Villarreal, where he once tormented La Liga defenders.

With Iwobi and Bassey already key figures, the Nigerian trio could give Fulham an exciting African core. Will this move help revive Chukwueze’s career and strengthen the Super Eagles ahead of future tournaments?
