Japan has cemented its status as the queen of Asian football after defeating Australia 1-0 to clinch its third Women’s Asian Cup title.

This victory confirms Japan’s position as the top-ranked team in Asia. For Australia, the focus now shifts to Brazil 2027, where they will look to avenge this narrow defeat on the world stage.
