TikTok Star Peller Shuts Down Jarvis Pregnancy Social Media Rumors

Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat — better known to millions of followers as Peller — has had enough of the pregnancy rumours, and he made that clear in the most direct way possible.

During a recent livestream, Peller flatly denied speculation circulating on social media that his fiancée, Jarvis, is expecting a baby.

The rumours had been building for weeks, fuelled by photos and videos in which some viewers alleged they could detect a baby bump.

The moment that pushed the speculation into overdrive was a video of the couple shopping for their wedding asoebi fabric, after which several social media users insisted Jarvis’ stomach appeared noticeably larger than usual.

Peller wasted little time addressing it on camera. He said Jarvis’ appearance had nothing to do with pregnancy — the explanation, he said, was far simpler.

“I’m vexed that people are saying you’re pregnant. Can a pregnant woman cook at this time? I will get her pregnant, but right now, I’m still making a token for myself. I’m not ready for a baby.”

He added without hesitation: “I have to be making billions before thinking about pregnancy. Don’t put any pregnancy on my head. It’s late-night food that’s causing that big stomach.”

From Ghana Proposal to Wedding Plans — but No Baby Yet

Peller and Jarvis have been one of Nigeria’s most followed social media couples for some time. Their relationship has played out largely in public, winning them a combined following in the millions across TikTok and other platforms.

The couple’s public profile intensified earlier this year when Peller proposed to Jarvis during a trip to Ghana — a moment that generated considerable excitement online.

Not long after the engagement, Peller announced that he had paid Jarvis’ bride price, signalling that the couple were moving toward a formal wedding.

The pregnancy rumours appeared to intensify in that context, with followers drawing what turned out to be incorrect conclusions from the asoebi shopping video.

For Peller, however, financial readiness remains the priority before any thoughts of parenthood.

He told his audience that a child would come when both he and Jarvis decided the time was right — and that time, by his own account, is not now.
