Social media in Nigeria quickly ignited with the Trump’s comment, with First Lady’s supporters trying to milk political capital out of it, saying it implies a warming up of US-Nigeria relations under President Tinubu, and his profile as a moderate, tolerant Muslim married to a Christian cleric.
Others say it is just one more example of how Trump can vacillate in his public utterances, and could very well, in the next minute, slam the same person he just recently praised.
