Uloma Rochas Nwosu has handed over a new executive lounge for Air Peace to the airline’s chairman, Allen Onyema.

The brief ceremony and tour were captured on video shared by Uloma on her verified social media. The facility is presented as a private pre-boarding space for the airline’s high-value passengers.

The lounge features a café area with automated tea and coffee machines, high-end computer workstations, and small meeting rooms suitable for business travellers.

Video footage shows tastefully finished seating areas and subtle branding, suggesting an interior designed for comfort and privacy before boarding.

Uloma’s design firm, Walsh Blanc, and her UL Group have publicized work on Air Peace projects.

A Personal Tour, A Warm Handover

In the video, Uloma is seen guiding Chairman Onyema through the space. He inspects the facilities and offers praise. At one point he is seen congratulating her on the work, describing the facility as, “The best in Nigeria“.

Onyema praised her for humility, and delivering top quality projects.

Guests arriving during the walkthrough included notable figures, among them former Kano State governor Abdullahi Ganduje, giving the handover event a social and political flavour.

Uloma is the founder of Walsh Blanc and the Group Managing Director of UL Group. She is also the first daughter of former Imo State governor Rochas Okorocha and the wife of Uche Nwosu.

Her company website lists the Air Peace HQ transformation among recent projects.

What This Means For Air Peace Customers

If commissioned for regular use, the lounge would give Air Peace a dedicated executive space for its premium flyers. The airline had recently expanded its global operations, flying straight into the prestigious and one of the world’s busiest airports at Heathrow, London and other destinations in South America and the Caribbeans.

The new executive lounge features a warm reception area that welcomes premium travellers before they proceed into a suite of high-end computer workstations designed for work on the go.

Guests move into the main waiting hall, where a giant digital screen displays real-time flight information. There is also a rest section fitted with ergonomic reclining seats for passengers who may want to relax or take a short nap.

A private meeting room sits nearby, supported by facilities for personalised music through headsets, Zoom calls, and other virtual engagements.

Entertainment screens are positioned around the lounge, while a dedicated café area offers snacks, fruits, a dispensing coffee machine, and a comfortable dining space.

Travellers enjoy fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the lounge, along with an interactive digital board that helps them check ticket details and access personalised flight updates.

The features seen in the video match what frequent corporate travelers expect from a modern airline lounge. The move could bolster Air Peace’s appeal to high-net-worth clients and business travelers.

Air Peace has not, at the time of publication, issued a formal press statement about the handover on its corporate channels.
