“A Nollywood Scene” — Ned Nwoko Drops Video in Family Feud with Wife Regina

Senator Ned Nwoko has once again set social media buzzing after releasing fresh video evidence and a long thread about the ongoing feud involving his actress wife, Regina Daniels, and her brother, Samuel “Sammy West” Ojeogwu — who is currently cooling off in police custody.

The Delta North lawmaker took to his Facebook account late Saturday night, posting clips he said showed Sammy “storming his compound and harassing his children and staff” whenever he wasn’t around.

“These videos show Sammy, Regina’s brother, repeatedly coming to my home and harassing my children and domestic staff, especially whenever I was not around,” Nwoko wrote.

He said he went public again to correct “misleading narratives” about the incident, insisting it wasn’t a family misunderstanding but a serious security concern.

‘I Sponsored Him, Bought Equipment, Paid Allowances’

Nwoko claimed he had supported Regina’s family for years — sponsoring Sammy’s education, buying musical instruments, renting a flat in Abuja, and regularly sending money to her family.

In a separate post, he revealed that he transferred ₦125 million to Regina’s mother, Rita Daniels, in the past two years.

“This is someone I sponsored through his last two years at Ekpoma. I bought his musical instruments, rented and furnished a flat for him in Abuja,” Nwoko said. “I also routinely provided allowances to all members of the family.”

The senator further accused Regina’s friends and siblings of encouraging what he described as her “drug dependency.”

According to him, they often sneaked into his home uninvited, bringing her substances that ruined her recovery process.

“Instead of helping her recover, they encouraged her addiction and completely frustrated the efforts of the doctors and therapists,” he claimed.

‘A Nollywood Scenario in Front of My House’

Nwoko also addressed the viral video showing a confrontation at his Asaba mansion, saying it wasn’t a violent attack but “a pure Nollywood scenario filmed in front of my house, in my absence.”

He added, “Nobody was beaten, and nobody could have contemplated that.”

He alleged that Sammy’s outbursts had become frequent, recalling one incident where the young man allegedly barged into his home after being asked to remove his girlfriend.

“He was ranting and threatening, waking up everyone, including the children. I had to instruct security to push him out,” Nwoko recounted.

According to the senator, he once offered Sammy the same opportunity he gave another of Regina’s brothers, Lawrence, whom he sponsored to study in London with $70,000 — but Sammy turned it down.

“He has since been arrested several times by both the Police and the EFCC. His behaviour has become increasingly violent and unstable. What he needs now is total rehabilitation,” he wrote.

Police Confirm Arrest, Regina Yet to React

Meanwhile, the FCT Police Command has confirmed Sammy West’s arrest, stating that it followed repeated failure to honour police invitations over a petition alleging conspiracy, trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, theft, and cyberbullying.

Police spokesperson SP Josephine Adeh said Sammy was arrested in Lagos and transferred to Abuja under a valid court warrant.

“The petition was lodged against Samuel Ojeogwu and three others,” she said, promising professionalism and due process.

As of press time, Regina Daniels and her family had not responded to Nwoko’s latest claims.

Fans, however, have flooded social media with mixed reactions — some defending the senator’s decision to speak out, others urging the family to “handle it privately before Nollywood turns it into a script.”

Can this love survive all this drama, family involvement and public scrutiny? Or has this become a real-life soap opera that even Regina might one day star in?😆
