Raheem Sterling Among Nine Players Put On Sales at Chelsea

Chelsea are preparing for a major squad overhaul before the summer transfer window closes, with Raheem Sterling among nine players tipped to leave.

Sterling, 30, endured a disappointing loan spell at Arsenal last season and still has two years left on his £325,000-a-week contract.

Both the player and the club prefer a permanent move, though another loan deal remains possible.

Sterling is one of several players Chelsea are looking to offload in what insiders describe as a late-window “fire sale.

Others include Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson, Renato Veiga, Axel Disasi, Carney Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell, and possibly Tyrique George.

Argentine defender Aaron Anselmino has also attracted interest from European clubs.

🚨👋 Raheem Sterling (30), Axel Disasi (27) and Ben Chilwell (28) all expected to be sold by Chelsea. Christopher Nkunku (27) also remains for sale.

Chelsea believe they could raise close to £300 million in player sales before the deadline, helping to reduce their net spend.

Sterling has reportedly been told by manager Enzo Maresca that he won’t feature this season.

His absence from Chelsea’s official first-team section further confirms his status.

London Clubs Circle as Sterling’s Future Hangs

Fulham are keen to keep Sterling in London, where his family is settled.

West Ham and Crystal Palace have also been linked, while other Premier League and foreign clubs are monitoring his situation.

Sterling joined Chelsea in 2022 for £47.5 million from Manchester City but has struggled to recapture his best form.

His role at Stamford Bridge has faded, and the club now sees him as surplus to requirements.

Will Sterling find a new home before the window shuts, or will Chelsea opt for another loan? We invite you to express your views at the comments section!
