British rapper and YouTube personality Yung Filly is under investigation for allegedly assaulting a tourist at a hotel in Magaluf, Spain.
However, the 29-year-old entertainer, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has denied the accusation.
The case surfaced while he is already facing legal trouble in Australia over separate assault charges. A judge in Palma, Majorca, is currently reviewing the claims made by a British woman who alleges that Filly attacked her last summer.
New Allegation in Spain
According to reports, the alleged victim, a British tourist in her early 20s, first met Yung Filly at a Magaluf beach club where he was performing. They later crossed paths at a nearby nightclub. She claims he touched her inappropriately before they both ended up at a hotel.
The woman says she initially had consensual relations with another man in the room. However, she alleges that after this encounter, she was left alone with Yung Filly, who then assaulted her.
She reported the incident to British police weeks after returning from her holiday, prompting authorities to forward the case to Spanish investigators.
It is unclear whether she has already testified before the judge handling the case in Palma. The court proceedings are being conducted behind closed doors, as is standard practice in Spain.
Ongoing Legal Troubles in Australia
This new allegation complicates life for Yung Filly who is dealing with legal proceedings in Australia. He faces eight charges in Perth, including three counts of assault and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.
The charges stem from an alleged incident on September 28, 2023, after a performance at Bar1 Nightclub.
Filly was arrested in Brisbane and extradited to Perth, where he was granted bail for £48,500. He is expected to return to court on June 13 for a trial listing hearing.
Despite the serious charges, the social media star remains active online and continues to engage with his 1.8 million YouTube subscribers and millions of followers on Instagram and TikTok.
