The season for Erik Ten Hag is turning from bad to worse, as United threw away a two-goal lead within 20 minutes, only to equalize at the death to salvage what was termed a terrible game.

Shortly after the break, Porto scored a third as Omorodion lashed the ball following a fast break, giving Porto a well-deserved comeback.
United soon relived last week’s experience as captain Bruno Fernandes was sent off after receiving successive yellow cards for a high boot that connected, leaving United at a disadvantage for the rest of the game.
Harry Maguire, former United captain, saved United’s blushes at the end of regulation time with his header, giving United and Ten Hag a valuable point in the Europa League.
Man United have two points from two games, with Villa to face next, while FC Porto remains on one point.
