What if every thought had nowhere to hide—

Top secret agencies? Gone overnight.
Spies and assassins, exposed on the spot,
They’d need new tricks, or they’d lose the plot.

Politicians—oh, what a sight—
We’d finally see who’s wrong or right.
No more promises wrapped in lies,
But could we trust what we’d realize?

Centuries of secrets spilled out in the sun,
Who pulled the strings, and what have they done?
Prisons—now that’s a tricky game—
Would they be full, or would thoughts change?
Police with clean thoughts?
They wish their thoughts were clean,
Could they still judge if their own thoughts were seen?

At work, it’s a different kind of fear,
What if your waiter thought, “Get out of here”?
Or worse, they’d smile, but in their mind,
The thought of poison crossed the line.
Would we trust our food, our drinks, our pay,
When we know what people are really trying to say?

And in the church, we’d know for sure,
Who’s walking the path that’s truly pure.
Who’s preaching love but hiding spite,
Who’s with God in the dead of night?

Would we lock ourselves away, too scared,
Afraid of thoughts too raw, too bared?
Or would we face this world anew,
Knowing our thoughts—and theirs—are true?

What if we could see each mind,
Would we rise above or fall behind?
Would we cherish truth, embrace the real,
Or miss the magic we used to feel?
