NECO Common Entrance Examinations Into Nigerian Unity Colleges Now Postponed

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has rescheduled the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination from April 20 to June 1, 2024.

This is in an official statement by Azeez Sani, Acting Director, Information and Digital Communication of the council.

The NECO examination is the entrance examination into Federal Unity Colleges in Nigeria.

Furthermore, entrance examination for gifted and talented children into the Federal Government Academy, Suleja, has been moved from May 4 to May 25, 2024.

Mr Sani said low enrollment of candidates necessitated the postponements.

Registration of candidates would therefore continue until the new dates of the examinations. The council wants parents, guardians and schools to take advantage of the shift and register new interested candidates.
