Peak Milk has launched a new campaign to encourage breakfast consumption and help Nigerians understand the differences between its milk variants.
The campaign, tagged “Peak Breakfast, Peak Love,” presents breakfast as a simple way for people to show care for themselves and their loved ones.
According to the company, the campaign also responds to growing confusion among consumers about the different types of milk available in the market.
Through simple and accessible content, Peak plans to explain the differences between Full Cream Milk, Filled Milk and other milk products.
The initiative is designed to help consumers make informed choices based on their nutritional needs and consumption occasions.
Understanding The Different Milk Variants
Peak Full Cream Milk is made from whole milk and retains its natural creamy richness and nutrients.
Peak Filled Milk, on the other hand, is made from skimmed milk and vegetable fat. The company said it provides a creamy taste and everyday nourishment.
The campaign will use these differences to improve consumer awareness and make milk choices easier to understand.
Senior Brand Manager, Peak, Moninnuola Kassim, said the campaign was built around the idea that breakfast can be an important moment for expressing love and care.
“Breakfast is one of those moments. It is where we care for our families, connect with the people we love and, importantly, take care of ourselves before facing the day,” she said.
Peak Links Breakfast With Care
Kassim added that the campaign aims to remind Nigerians that caring for others begins with taking care of themselves.
She said Peak wants to celebrate everyday breakfast moments while encouraging people to nourish themselves and those around them.
The company said the initiative would also strengthen its presence in Nigerian homes and expand conversations around nutrition and informed consumer choices.
With the campaign, Peak is positioning breakfast not only as a daily meal but also as an opportunity for families to connect and show care.

In all honesty, yes I am amongst the masses that do not know the differences between the different milk variants. Few years back I remember browsing through the tea section at Shoprite and seeing “whole milk, skimmed milk, condensed milk” in fact there was a scandal few years ago detailing how a particular variant was bad for consumption.
