The right side of the passport features the famous scene of the Founding Fathers signing the Declaration, alongside the text “United States of America 250” — marking the nation’s semiquincentennial, which falls on July 4, 2026.
The design represents an upgrade from an earlier draft released by the State Department in April 2026, which showed only Trump’s face. The final version includes his full upper body, giving his image significantly greater prominence across the document.
The passports will be issued in limited quantities starting this summer.
