The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released the call-up numbers for prospective Batch C corps members ahead of the nationwide orientation exercise.
The announcement was made on the scheme’s verified X account on Tuesday, 11 November 2025.
The NYSC noted that due to camp capacity limitations across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, “only about 40 per cent of registered Prospective Corps Members can be accommodated for the upcoming orientation programme.”
For those unable to secure placement in Batch C, the NYSC assured that they will be deferred to the next exercise.
“Rest assured, those not accommodated will be automatically moved to the next Batch, which will take place soon after the Batch C exercise,” the statement added.
The management also emphasised its commitment to a smooth orientation and service year experience for all participants.
“Management remains committed to ensuring a hitch-free orientation exercise and service year experience for our PCMs,” it said.
NYSC had opened online registration for the 2025 Batch C on 4 November, running through 9 November for both foreign-trained and locally-trained graduates.
Pre-camp physical verification for foreign-trained graduates is scheduled for 9–13 November, with ICT activities from 12–15 November.
Deployment letters can be printed online or physically collected from 16–18 November.
