The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed Nnamdi Kanu’s no-case submission, ruling that evidence presented by the DSS requires him to defend himself. Justice Omotosho also ordered a medical review by the Nigerian Medical Association, while political leaders in the South East scramble to find a political solution.
