The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) has launched a state-wide revalidation exercise for property documents in its estates. The process began on Monday, September 15, 2025, and will run until December 31, 2025.
Dr. Gerald Asogwa, General Manager of ESHDC, said the exercise follows directives from the Enugu State Government. “Only property documents that are duly revalidated during this period will be recognized in the future,” he stated.
He urged allottees and property owners to regularize their documents. “Take advantage of this opportunity to update your ownership documents,” he added.
The Corporation said the exercise will improve service delivery and ensure proper documentation in line with global standards.
