Mowe Golf Town to Host Daycation on Sustainable African Living

A new high-end, eco-friendly neighborhood called Mowe Golf Town is getting ready to open its Experience Centre on Saturday, August 23, 2025. The event, called Mowe Golf Town Daycation, invites people to come and explore what the community has to offer.

Located right across from Christopher University in Mowe, Ogun State, this project is a joint effort between Legal City Homes & Properties and Gidi Real Estate Investment Limited. It’s built around a nine-hole golf course by the water, showcasing modern eco-living suited for Africa.

Exciting Activities and Features

During the Daycation, you can check out The Green Residences—smart homes that are eco-friendly. You’ll also hear about the new Creek View Land Offering, which gives more investment choices. Fun activities include scooter rides, sip-and-paint sessions, and special spots for relaxing.

One big highlight is an art exhibition valued at over ₦500 million. It’s curated by Engr. Dayo Adetunmbi and shows off African art pieces by Bruce Onobrakpeya, David H. Dale, Abiodun Olaku, Kolade Oshinawo, and more.

The organisers say this art show combines real estate and culture and honors African creativity and heritage.

The forces behind this project include Barr. Labake Adetumbi, CEO of Legal City Homes & Properties, and Tobi Akerele, CEO of Gidi Real Estate. They believe in blending sustainability with modern lifestyles.

The Daycation event supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on building sustainable cities, clean energy, climate action, and responsible consumption.
