Air Peace has introduced a complimentary airport pick-up service for eligible First Class and Business Class passengers on its London routes.
The new offering expands the airline’s premium ground transfer package and is delivered in partnership with SIMPLAA.
The service complements Air Peace’s existing complimentary airport drop-off arrangement.
Eligible passengers can now receive transfers from their homes, offices or preferred locations to the airport before departure, plus onward transfers upon arrival.
The service operates in Lagos, Abuja, Heathrow and Gatwick . Air Peace Chief Commercial Officer Mr Nowel Ngala said the initiative extends the airline’s premium experience beyond the flight itself.
“At Air Peace, we remain committed to continuously improving the travel experience for our customers. The addition of the complimentary pick-up service reflects our dedication to providing comfort, convenience and world-class service beyond the flight itself.”
“Through our partnership with SIMPLAA, we are creating a seamless journey from doorstep to destination,” Ngala said .
Transfer Coverage and Activation
Under the arrangement, First Class passengers receive complimentary transfers of up to 70 miles from Heathrow or Gatwick. Business Class passengers have coverage of up to 60 miles .
In Nigeria, eligible passengers can access transfers covering up to 60 kilometres in Abuja and 40 kilometres in Lagos . The coverage limits vary by location and cabin class.
SIMPLAA is a UK-headquartered mobility company that launched ride-hailing operations in Nigeria in 2025. The firm has stated plans to extend its services beyond city rides to include airport logistics and executive transfers .
Air Peace said passengers travelling on eligible tickets booked from October 1, 2026, will receive an email notification. The email will contain a link to activate rides and confirm pick-up and drop-off locations .
Booking Channels and Context
Customers can make bookings through the Air Peace website and mobile application. Accredited travel agencies and major booking platforms also offer access .
The airline said the initiative forms part of its efforts to improve customer experience. It also seeks to provide greater convenience for passengers travelling between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Air Peace has continued to expand its international and regional network. The airline recently launched routes to Conakry, Bamako, Douala and Libreville as part of its African connectivity strategy .
